1. Program Description
SGF operates ticketing technology for independent theaters and live-event venues (each a “Theater”). This program is opt-in only and transactional only — we do not send promotional or marketing text messages. If you provide your mobile number and check the text-message option during checkout on a Theater website powered by SGF, we will send you text messages about your order, which may include:
- order confirmations and your tickets;
- event reminders before your showtime; and
- notices about changes to your event (such as a time change, postponement, or cancellation).
Messages are sent on behalf of the Theater you purchased from.
2. Consent
You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the text-message option during checkout. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything — every purchase works with email delivery only. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder for the mobile number provided (or have the holder’s permission) and agree to notify us if you give up that number.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies with your purchases — typically 1 to 3 messages per order (a confirmation plus any reminders or change notices).
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
5. Opting Out and Back In
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also work). You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further texts will be sent to your number; order confirmations and event updates will continue by email. To resume receiving texts, reply START (or UNSTOP) to our number — checking the box on a future purchase alone will not restart delivery to a number that has texted STOP.

7. Privacy
We use your phone number and text-message opt-in status for one purpose: delivering the messages described in our SMS Terms. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; all text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent remain with us. The sole exception is our messaging-connectivity provider, which carries our texts to your phone network and receives them for delivery purposes only. The Theater you purchased from is a party to your transaction — not a third party — and receives your order contact details as described in Section 4 of our Privacy Policy, but never your opt-in data for marketing use.
8. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network availability.
9. Changes and Contact
