Our Process

A four-act path to opening night

The project moves from team vision through design and rehearsal to a monitored public opening. Timing depends on the scope of the project and the availability of content.

The simple version

You bring the production. SGF plans and delivers the website, ticketing, audience-list infrastructure, launch testing, marketing assets when included, reports, and ongoing support around it.

That is what we mean by tech strategy partner: one plan for the practical digital work around the show, instead of a platform that only appears when tickets are sold.

IConsultation

IIBuild

Design

We build an individualized draft site for your venue, performers, shows, operational needs, and patrons.

You receive · Homepage concept · Seat-map configuration

IIIPrivate test

Rehearsal

Your team and ours thoroughly test the site, including ticketing, content, workflows, and reports.

You receive · Private test event · Launch checklist

IVPublic launch

Opening

We release your new website to the public with a monitored launch and ongoing technical support.

You receive · Public launch · Ongoing support calendar

Act one is free, and so is the consultation

The first conversation is free and carries no obligation. We can talk through your needs, answer questions, and see whether it feels like the right fit. If it does, you’ll leave knowing what changes, what it costs, and how quickly opening night can happen.
