These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website at sgf.theater (the “Site”), operated by Secret Golden Flower, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is informational
The Site describes our services for theater clients. Anything you read here is for general information. Specific projects, pricing, and deliverables are governed by a separate written agreement signed between you and Secret Golden Flower, LLC.
Theater websites are separate
These Terms cover only your use of sgf.theater. The websites we build and operate for individual theaters are separate sites: each theater sets its own terms, privacy policy, and refund policy, which are posted on that theater’s website and govern anything you do there, including ticket purchases. If you bought a ticket on a theater’s website, please look to that site’s policies — or contact the theater directly — rather than these Terms. Purchases made through the ticketing checkout we operate on those sites are also governed by our Ticket Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Our client relationships with theaters are governed by our Site Development and Managed Services Terms and Conditions and the applicable order form. SGF Stage Manager, our call sheet and cue sheet product at stage.sgf.theater, is likewise a separate service governed by its own Terms of Service.
Acceptable use
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack the Site.
- Don’t scrape, mirror, or reproduce substantial portions of the Site without our written permission.
- Don’t use the contact form to send spam, malicious content, or unlawful messages.
- Don’t attempt to access areas of the Site not intended for public use.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, copy, code, illustrations, and the “Secret Golden Flower” name and mark, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, modify, or redistribute its content for commercial purposes without permission.
Third-party links and services
The Site relies on a small number of third-party service providers for functions such as hosting, security, analytics, and email delivery, and may link to other websites we don’t control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete, accurate, or current.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secret Golden Flower, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Secret Golden Flower, LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.
